Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these times, you can expect a response to your email or text within 24 to 48 hours. We are unavailable on weekends as we are fully dedicated to on-site event execution. However, rest assured that responding to your messages will always be a top priority once we return to the office.

The best way to reach us is via email or text message. This helps us keep all client communication organized in one place to ensure that no details are missed. For urgent matters—such as running late to a scheduled in-person meeting or addressing a time-sensitive issue within days of your event—please don’t hesitate to call or text our venue manager.
