  • How do I secure my date?

    To secure your event date and begin the planning process, a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 and a signed event contract are required. A customized payment plan can be outlined within the agreement, with the remaining balance due no later than 7 days prior to the event.

  • Is there a cancellation or rescheduling policy?

    Yes.  If you need to cancel your event for any reason, the deposit is forfeited in full.

    No portion of the deposit will be refunded, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. You may reschedule your event to another available date, and your deposit will be applied to the new date.

  • Can we bring or serve alcohol?

    Clients may contract a licensed and insured mobile bartender company or a company with a canopy liquor license to utilize our bar space for events involving liquor service.

  • Do you provide security?

    Security is required for events with alcohol and will be scheduled through our preferred partner or your own licensed provider. For non-alcohol events, it is optional but recommended.

  • Is your venue accessible?

    Yes, we are fully ADA-compliant, with accessible entrances, parking and restrooms.

  • Do you offer decor or planning services?

    Yes! We offer a full event planning package and decor upgrades both in house and in collaboration with preferred and trusted vendors. Ask us about customization options to fit your theme and budget.

  • Do you allow outside catering and vendors?

    Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own licensed caterers, DJs, decorators, and other vendors. All outside vendors must be approved and provide proof of insurance if applicable. Additionally, you may bring your own food in for your event.

  • Do you offer services in Spanish?

    Yes! We proudly offer services in Spanish through our bilingual staff. If you or your guests prefer to communicate in Spanish, we are happy to accommodate. Just let us know during the booking process.
